We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days .

Your order status maybe checked online using your username & password.

We use Registered post for all our deliveries .

If you are still waiting for your order 14 days after shipping, please contact us by e-mail and we will investigate the status of your package: If after 28 days you still have not recieved your order,

we will refund or replace it accordingly.

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.

We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error.
