→ An item is missing in my order
On the rare occasion an item may be overlooked during the preparation of the order, please contact us by e-mail. We will verify the original order against our stock and send you the missing item as quickly as possible.
→ I have received an item I did not order instead of the item I ordered
If you have recieved the wrong item, please contact by e-mail. We will verify the stock and contact you to ensure that a mistake has in fact been made and then fulfil your original order at no extra charge
→ I haven’t received my order
If you are still waiting for your order 14 days after shipping, please contact us by e-mail and we will investigate the status of your package: If after 28 days you still have not recieved your order, we will refund or replace it accordingly:
